What are the differences between 86 and 87-89 cylinders? I am not sure what year I have. The cylinder that I have has a "B" stamped into it.

it should be stamped into the sleeve on the skirt.

well the 86 cylinder doesnt have the bridges in the intake like the other year models do. and I think there is also some slight variation in the shape of the transfer ports. heres a pic of my ported intake, its a 86 cylinder.
