does any body make a heavy duty tie rod end for R's. The reason i ask is i broke one this past weekand and it was only 6 months old. Maybe i just got a bad batch because the rut i hit wasn't that big. Any suggestions?
Ricky Stator makes them for the newer quads, not sure if he still makes them for the R though. I would think he does. He has a website, check it out. They are reasonable and a very good alternative to OEM.
i believe they were stainless, they were just oe replacements i picked up on ebay. i checked ricky stator and the only thing i find there is inner tie rods not tie rod ends. when i say the end broke the ball came out of the socket. maybe i just got a defective one. it just would be nice to know there not going to fail when i land a big double get crossed up in a rut.
