Ok,
I bought a motor off this guy that was supposed to be stock. After getting it out and looking at it I seen it had a rather extreme port job with a cool head. After looking into it more I saw one hair line crack on each cylinder bridge. I then took the head off to see if it was in the sleeve too but it was not. I am just wondering what this will do to the motor? Can I run it or am I going to half to build another cylinder?

Take it off and make sure. Are you talking about the intake bridges? If those are cracked i wouldnt run it you could end up in a world of trouble

If the cracks are only in the aluminum part, the aluminum can be removed from both bridges & still run the cylinder. Only thing, you end up with the flat surface of the sleeve in front of the reed instead of the contoured aluminum for directing the flow.

When you pull the cylinder off & check the crack closer, if the crack or cracks are through into the sleeve as well, I have a cheap mod that will fix it & you can still run the cylinder.
Dont throw that ol stocker out, we can get her right.
