I wish I could help you out Luigy, but I do not have an '86 headlight or shroud. 
All I have is a cracked '85 shroud and headlight with a BB sized hole in the lense.
Keep watching Ebay, but beware, being that nobody makes aftermarket '86 shrouds (to my best knowledge) they do get pricey especially if not broken. I have heard here and there that there are other Honda ATC headlights that will plug in and fit in an '86 shroud though but I'm not sure enough which model and year to make a statement on which....
Also, Maier still makes the '85 headlight shroud, (bout $55 or so brand new) and it seems and '85 headlight lense is easier to find than '86. If the light plugs in the same you could switch to '85 style??? I like the looks of the '85 better myself anyway but that's just me....
Also, may I suggest checking out a couple other forums: 3wheelerworld.com and 3wheeler.org. I am a member at both and both sites host a wealth of knowledge and members who buy and sell quite a bit...
But 3wheelerworld has a 2 month, 10 post probationary period for new members before they can post classifieds. It is a policy they adopted due to a rash of scammers and deadbeat buyers/sellers there a year or so ago. But even with the wait for full site access it is worth it in my opinion. Lots of good folks there and using the search engine will net you alot of info too.
I go by RIDE-RED 250r on 3wheelerworld and on 3wheeler.org I use the same name I have here... (joined 3ww before I big bored my R)
