Hey....im just wondering if anyone knows the dimensions of the o-rings i need for my ESR exhaust flange. Also....can i find the o-rings at fastenal? Thanks

good question, i gave up my search for the o rings and just plastered it with hi temp gasket sealer. Holds well.

Not trying to steal the thread here, but has anyone bought new high temp o-rings for their ESR silencers? If so, is there an alternate place to get them besides ESR? How much are they from ESR? Thanks in advance!!

No problem...i have just been lookin all over for these and cant find them at all. I think im gonna goto fastenal and see if they have some high temp o-rings. Since im on the east coast, shipping would be crazy.... even if i ordered 10 of them from ESR.

I get mine at Napa.Never really saw the size.I had an old original one and matched it up.I have also took the flange with me once and found some that fit.i believe the material is viton.Even with new o rings,I always use a little high temp silicone when installing the pipe.

BTW,I will probaly be ordering a pipe from ESR tomorrow and probaly some orings will Im at it.Ill get some extras if any of you guys need them,ill have them without the shipping.I can just throw them in a padded envelope or small box and mail them.

Its been a while, but i think they were 1.25 each. They were just over a dollar.

FMF sells a spring and o-ring kit for a CR and the o-rings fit the ESR flange and the springs fit my LRD pipe(dont know about other pipes), but i picked one up at a local bike shop shop for 6 or 7 bucks.

How did the Napa orings hold up to the heat? Can you measure one of the ESR
orings for me? Thanks.

just measure the i/d of the groove on the flang and go to the local napa and match the measurement to some hi-temp orings.
