C-Leigh,

I have a Pro-X that I am currently building that will be running a 132mm KTM rod (stock stroke) and a 380cc KTM flat top piston without a cylinder spacer. I have a blank dome for a ESR cool head. Do you machine/cut domes if I were to send you my blank? I believe it also needs the spark plug hole drilled/tapped.

If so, what are the measurements you would need, etc?

Thank you,
Teddy

I cant do the plug hole, but I could cut the dome.

Would need the total pop up on the piston over the deck & then the bore size of the sleeve.
Can you post a pic & measurements of the KTM piston, I've never used one of those before.
How much compression you wanting to run.

I am wanting to run C-12 fuel, if that is any consolation? I'll leave that up to you. It is going to be a drag race engine, so I guess you will probably know what to do from there....? ESR reed block, 42-44MM gas carb, big bore pipe. Like I said before, bottom end is stock stroke.

Motor is currently off getting cases machined for cylinder. When it comes back I will be putting it together and get pics then and measurements when it is completed. Probably won't have anything until the first week of Feb for ya.

The piston is a standard wiseco KTM flat top piston used on the 380cc bike models.

Thanks,
Teddy
