Looking to see if anyone can help me ID this crankshaft that came out of an '88 motor. Possibly Hot Rods but unsure where it is standard or 4mm stroker. The numbers "MG06" is stamped on the crank and "CK 109" rod. Thanks Gas Rim Auto part Automotive wheel system Motor vehicle

No sir. The 85-86 ATC250R & the 86 TRX had a short rod crank & the 87-89 TRX had a long rod crank. The stroke is the same between both at 72mm. The difference is the 87-89 has a 4 or 5mm longer rod (don't remember if its 4 or 5mm) which decreases the rod/stroke ratio which in turn reduces side loading on the crank.

After looking a little closer you may have a stroker crank. The stroker's use the same longrod but the crank pin is farther away from the centerline. It looks like non stroker cranks have the pin right at the edge of the machined bevel on the crank weight but the pin on the stroker's are into the bevel, according to the hotrods crank pictures I looked at on ebay anyway. I have a hotrods longrod crank in a box I could measure if that helps.
