Where your jug meets the bottom end or case does it match up perfectly or do you have little ledges? I know the spacer I use does not line up perfectly.. My ESR kit is just a bolt on so i know they didn't port the case... Is it worth the hassle..? What will it do for the engine?

What do you mean by ledges? And yes case porting is worth it. With the 330 bolt on kit you only get 1 bore or so out of the cylinder before it has to be resleeved. With the cases ported you end up with a thicker sleeve and can be bored more times before resleeving.

I trimmed my spacer so it's better, no "ledges". Maybe next tear down i'll have them machined. I just put it all back togeter and in the process of breaking in the new piston rings..
