Carb real?

I bought this carb on eBay 15 years ago.
It was a rm250 take off… is it real or fake? If fake why? The number stamped on the needle was from a rm250. Thanks…

I’d say real, has serial numbers and don’t think they had Chinese carbs 15 years ago

The body finish looks a little iffy but that could have been a brand new mold making it look kind of "sharp".

That’s what caught my eye, was the body, looks like a shotty mold, but just a guess.

A update It’s purchased on 8/19/10 I still have the shipping box.. the needle is R1469M. The slide has the keihin mark stamped on it… thanks..
