need help my frame is cracked and in need of some gussets. i race xc so i pretty much beat the heck out of it i know i need to gusset buy the swingarm(thats were it cracked) but other than that i dont know if i should gusset every other joint or what. im trying to find other weak points that should be gusseted. i wanna do it right so i can help avoid this happening again. i know they make gusset kits for 450's ie. b.a.r.e performance and its nice there website shows all weak points but does anyone make one for a 250r.

Rath racing sells a kit for the 250R. Has about 15 pieces. Turned out real nice on my 88.

Gotta love Neil's sense of humor. Well she came back with the camera, so here is some pics of the Rath gusset kit.

This one shows the gussets on the swingarm pivot, front engine mounts, one below the engine mounts, and sub-frame.

Here is another angle showing the swingarm pivot.

The tube goes across the very back of the subframe near the seat latch.
