I think rebelbanshee or one of the other members had complete 450R spindles, brakes, and hubs on his R.

I'm using 400ex spindles and hubs with walsh brake adapters. Darn adapters are expensive though.

im running the spindle and hub no brakes its on a drag bike stock tie rods will work but they are streched right out 450 ite rods are way to long nice n light though tired my r hubs and the bearings are differant to the shaft design of the 450 good cheap upgrade
450R spindles work, but you have to use the 450R spindles, and hubs. its a very nice set up though.

seems likely since the arm from spindle is shorter on 450R ...a tighter turning radius is not always the most desirable tho ;) a small difference should be alright tho ..not a large

hey there

what does using the 04/05 450r spindles do to the geometery of the 250r front end?

obviously all front ends available for the 250 are gonna be designed around the oem spindles/hubs, wont using something else throw the geometery off?

can you buy new brake calipers for the 250r? such as brembo etc? or can you buy adaptors to fit 450r etc calipers to 250r spindles?

thanks, mark
