Does anybody know why I can't get the dog bone to fit on my 450 swinger project? Every artical says that its a direct bolt on part. Mine is not! Do I have the wrong year swingarm? Please help!!!!!

Last time I checked......that was a hard........... if not impossible swap!

I think that linkage is where every one runs into trouble.

Just my two cents! I seen people trying to force that issue before?

If you've been reading articles on this before....dont these "articles" mention what swinger is involved?
Not trying to be a grinch! I just hate to beat a dead horse......
Seems no one can get the linkage to perform well enough to warrant the swap. And that goes for either linkage...

^ What he said. Ive seen quite a few people try these swaps, but can never get the linkage working correctly. Thats whats stopped me from doing this swap.

you have to file down the swingarm so its wider so it will fit. this set up is not imposible you just need to try differ dogbones. I would not even think about starting this without a durablue adjustible dogbone. If you have that it will work. i have seen it done. you will need to lengthen the dogbone longer than stock because the mount on the 450r swingarm is farther tword the back of the quad than on the trx 250r.
