I am thinking of throwing it on my stock R then sell it with misc stuff on it. Of course, I'm gonna squeeze a ride or 2 out of it :D

Does that mean you are keeping an r? Don't let the r's in the area die out Like some others I know  even know I understand why they did!

He might be referring to the bolt-on 330 kit that ESR offers. Or not.

I remember Neil talking about a 330 setup that had shorter sleeves so that the cases don't require machining. I also remember him saying something about the dwell at BDC, the skirts are more likely to?? I don't remember.

Yeah, I had forgot about the bolt on 330 cylinder.

The bolt on kit, that sleeve skirts only around 4 1/2 mms long, about the same thickness as the spacer plate.

With the bolt on, when the pistons at BDC, theres no sleeve skirt to guide the skirt of the piston.
Been a bunch of those bolt on cylinder kits sold, never heard any horror storys though so I guess they can survive.

i don't know when i did my 330 i got it from ct and all the machineing was done by him and i got the added bonus of having it torn down to inspect the bottom end and replace bearings. imo i feel more comfortable looking everthing over and not just slapping it together.
