What times are you running in 1/8 mile? Motor? Setup? Gearing?
My 350PV with mx tires ran a [email protected] I think it was. I thought it was pretty slow. I did spin pretty bad and my gearing was way off. I was pinned about 3/4 down the track. 15/39 I think it was.

I would say try lowering your rear sprocket to a 36 and start in first gear if you didn't.

Yeah when I go back Ill have a 36t on it. I tried 2nd and 1st. The quicker time came starting in 1st. Im trying to find some used TT tires also to help with traction. Watching the vid it looked like I spun for a good half second or so before I hooked.

I would leave your gearing for now and use 20 inch rear asphault tires. Get the right tires first then play with gearing.

I ran on MX tires.

Anyway, I took my Red R to the strip this time. It has alot smaller motor. Ran a [email protected] with essentially the same gearing 13-36 clutch was starting to slip in 6th gear tho.

My 370 TRX250R 1-4 over ride on alcohol with 44 lectron carb geared 15/37 ran 7.45 et at 88 mph with my 250lbs on it. My 330pv motor ran 8.20 et at 79mph. With 20-10-10 SD23 American Racer Tires with a wheelie bar with +8 swingarm.

ran again.. i changed my front sprocket from a 12 to a 14 and added the nology coil and hot wire.. all my time were slower. I don't get it.?

1st run @ time 2.10 clutch was slipping- first time for the R on asphalt
2nd run @ time 3:41- well lol- not sure how i managed it but missed a gear-
1-4 override
best run on the bike @ time 5:03- the 6.99 pass

I really need a longer swinger if i keep it on the aspahault- bucking all the way past the 60 ft marks- lol

if you are talking about Turbo bobby- yes- he was out there with us- he was on the other R on the vid- He was a little nervous at first- but that soon passed and he is hooked...lol

I have at least 6 years seat time on the R- but on that bike on the asphalt it was the 2nd time-
I usually drag race a banshee on the pavement- shhhh- i know-- i wear a helment so no one see me---lol

one was a stock stroke stock cly, and a 4 mill stock cyl.
the 350 banshee ran a 7.21 @ 91 mph on a stock frame with a 300# rider-

Glad bobby is still at it. I used to love watching drag. Not many people on this earth can ride quite like he does. When was the last time you guys have been out to little sahara?

I beleive it was Oct- during the banshee HQ and Atvdragracers ride- hopfully make it back around March or April.
