The 1st gen 250R used the same hub splines as all the other Hondas of that generation - FL250, ATC70,90,110,125,185,200...

That means you can use 1st gen 200x hubs or TRX 400ex hubs. The EX hubs add about 1" width per side.

The 82 250R hubs are the 4x130 pattern like the 185s, 110, and 125 of the same era.
2nd Gen 250R hubs should work too (4x110).
Lots of options.

I had a 86 200x with a bad axle & also looked at the 1st gen 250r’s axle for it, but what I found out mine was only compatible with a 87 200x.

I don’t know if the spline count of the blaster is the same as your axle. Somebody else might know that & chime in.
Also, the 86 & 87 200x hubs are the same as the 400ex hubs. The earlier years 200x hubs are shorter than than the 400ex. So if you want to add another 2” to the rear end I would use the 400ex hubs.

Remember, count your splines to make sure you find the right hub that will fit the axle that you are using. Most important count the splines
