I have a pair of honda 250r swingarms for sale, with an aluminum skidplate included.
the silver swingarm is a stock 86 that I bought but never did end up using. it has no needle pivoit bearings but the insides are very clean ready for installation of a new bearing kit. the skid plate is a used UM aluminum skidplate that will also work on the yellow swingarm.
the yellow swingarm is somewhat of a custom deal, but I dont the exact details of it. Im thinking that is was a stock 86-87 swingarm that was shortened to a 88-89 length and a different carrier tube was used. the carrier tube on this swingarm has a bigger diameter then the stock silver swingarm. same size though as the 88-89 aluminum swingarm carrier tubes. it has yellow powdercoat but is chipped and flaked pretty bad as you can see in the pics, and also pretty dirty. but it has new pivoit works needle bearings I installed myself. and this swingarm does have several weld repairs that I made myself and have used the swingarm after the repairs and they are still holding up. probably a good idea to do with this arm would be to remove all the powdercoating and clean and reweld some of the joints to strengthen it and then have it powdercoated to your prefered color. I have used this swingarm quite a bit and it works awesome for trails and tight technical riding because of the shorter length.
Im wanting to sell all thats pictured for 110$ shipped, but will also consider offers
