    New bike

Been away for awhile sold my flat track R and found a deal on a 450r decided to try these fancy new 4 pokes out.

    Pros
    Torque
    Looks
    Headlights
    Electric start

    Cons
    No kick start
    No reverse
Stock front fenders appear to do less than my R's race cuts

Hasn't convinced me 4 strokes are better or worse fun bike but alas 250r is life definitely keeping it because it was a good deal and still a really fun bike.

    Need to “uncork” it
lid off spark arrestor out for free mods
fuel commander vortex msd, would get first would help with your free mods
exhaust almost anything, some definitely better than others but some really loud compared to others
    fuel Custom air intake

4 poker nice power on command but engine braking and chugging feeling just not same as light weight zing toss around feeling like R
I have 5 yfz myself 4 carb one fi like yours I like power carb puts out, just seems to have more than fi but fi smooth everywhere. Like yfz most
have ltr and trx too but same thing just not light weight zinger but 4 poker will cover ground real quick and forgiving if misshift or just not hit gears perfect
funny is got 2 yfz setup with kicker and electric start and trx kicker with electric start
Looks like nice bike, have fun!

Nice yfz. I prefer 2strokes myself, but I plan on getting a 06+ trx 450 for tinkering around with.

Good for you. Too bad it's the wrong brand. Must be why you got a good deal. Enjoy!

2016, 30hrs on it when I got it.

Looked into trx for the kick start but after enough research I decided a yfz was the one for me lol.

Probably wont ever sell it too nice, too new, too cheap but I also cant wait to finish my R waiting for some tig stuff to get here to finish the frame and go from there.
