    Swapped Carbs, need jetting help

Ok guys, I'm new to trx250r scene. Just picked up my first 1988 250r. Based off what previous owner told me, the bike runs on 50/50 VP 110 and 91 and has the following mods, has no air box, running a fmf pipe, bike had a Pj 38mm Keihin. When I purchased the bike I was having constant trouble starting it. I decided to put in a 38mm airstriker I had laying around from another bike. I also tested compression and got 190psi. I'm running castor 927 at 32:1 and still using 50/50 vp 110 and 91 fuel. When I took off the old PJ 38mm it had a 160 main and a 62 pilot. Once the bike was started it ran great but engine felt more hot than usual. I now put the new airstricker 38mm and bike starts in 1-2 kicks. However I need help with jetting. Im at sea level and ride majority of the time a pismo beach. Another issue that I have noticed is since changing carbs the bike has now began to leak oil where the pipe meets the exhaust flange. It never leaked before up until I changed the carb's out. I have attached pictures of the bike. Any help with recommendations and jetting is greatly appreciated. Click image for larger version.

imo the pilot is way too large.should be more in the 45-48 range.main seems a touch small but possable.as for the pipe.pull off clean and put some hondabond on the flange and re install or buy a 3oring aftermarket flange.i still use hondabond on those also.
