    Engine vibration

So i just put a new top end in with cr250 head gasket and double base gasket. Changed oil and everything when i did it. Got it broke in and everything was good. I noticed today that it has a vibration at lower rpms and goes away at higher rpms. I just noticed it. Its not really terrible but it is there. Temperature is about 25 degrees farenheit today. When it was apart yve rod had side to side play but nothing in any other direction. It runs great and idles well etc. Its only lower rpm. Once past that it doesnt vibrate at all that i can tell. Im kinda of lost and don't want to split the cases if i dont have to. Snbody have any thoughts on it?
