    1985 atc 250r and 1986 Trx250r 42 tooth rear sprocket

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes 42 tooth rear steel sprockets for the 1985 Atc 250r or 1986 TRX 250r? I've been able to find aluminum, but nothing in steel. Aluminum doesn't last very long at Glamis.

If more power is what your looking for you can go down to a 11 tooth counter shaft sprocket if you haven't all ready. It's a quick bend but that might do it. I put a 12 tooth on mine(with a 39 tooth rear sprocket) once in a while for gorge riding. Slowed me down about 15 MPH to about 65 MPH. All kinds of power. As far as i can get it wound out in 6th gear. A quick bend like that is not optimal for a chain but it should work. IMO a 12 tooth is about as low as i would get. Unless your gonna be towing a lot of non Honda's around. Which actually could come in handy LOL.

You may custom order this to any aluminium maker company if you arent getting this from anywhere. it's life will reduce if you will use for a motorcycle towing service purpose,
