That rear brake block off, would be nice to have an extra large size one, that would fit into that area & have cooling fins on it, for those 250Rs running flat track or TT that got to run with those rolling into a corner 4 pokers. Most 250Rs, will end up boiling the rear brake fluid & not have any brakes, from trying to keep from running over them.

Some interesting strength & general information for BDT ThermaNuts vs Steel (1018 low/medium carbon steel used for Acorn Nuts):
7075-T6 has a UTS (Ultimate Tensile Strength) of +570 MPa or 83K PSI vs Steel 440 MPa or 64K PSI...BDT ThermalNuts are stronger than your typical steel Acorn Nuts.
BDT ThermalNuts have 2x's the Thread engagement vs steel Acorn Nuts...meaning 2x's more threads per Nut.
ThermalNuts High Temperature Silicone O-ring seals both onto the cylinder stud diameter as well as cylinder/head...washers only seal on the cylinder/head...therefore reducing corrosion & rusted studs with ThermalNuts.
Thermal expansion rate of BDT ThermalNuts is 3-5x's that of steel Acorn Nuts...meaning the Thermal expansion rate will be 3 to 5 times faster for ThermalNuts than steel Acorn Nuts. This means a significant reduction in ThermalNuts becoming loose with use.

Great for TT, MX, Woods, Tight or Fast Trails, Long Down Hills, ect...or for those that ride the Rear Brakes hard:
We all know Rear Brake Fade can occur do to overheating. As the rear caliper heats up; heat is dissipated from the caliper through the BDT Finned Block Off Plate and is cooled by the movement of Air through the Fins. The cooling 'air' effect is similar to an 'air type radiator' only...at least in theory
