    Counterbalance o-ring

    Do you have to Split the cases to put a o-ring on the counterbalance

    the oring is on the counterballancer holder.just have to pull stator cover and then holder.no case splitting.

    On Honda schematic picture and part number will be under crankshaft

    And please mark counterbalancer when you remove. It goes in hole specific way. And do not force out you may need to turn counter balancer by hand to get out.

    you dont have to remove the counterballancer to replace the oring.

    Don't know P/N off top of my head...if you can't find one, and it helps you out; they are in stock at BDT, 100's of them...:-)
