Ya eastern R's are getting way hard to find. They are either way trick and expensive, or a real rehab project.

I think the most painful thing to see are all the busted cases due to lack of maintenance...these parts are finite in quantity. It's just hard to look at.

Yeah but if you tighten that old stretched chain up tight you don't need to do it as often & you save like $30 - $70 on a chain. lol

LOL!! Yah I have 2 friends that will show up to ride once in a while that the maintainance program is wash and put gas in it. one even thaught that the axle nut was suposed to be loose!?!?!

If it was not for the guy in california I would not have my 250r now. he has helped me out so much and has given me deals on things that I can not buy thank god for him! he is a life saver. he has a love of the 250r and wants it to live!! he is only helping us out.l He is not trying to make money just trying to make what he paid. Most of the parts on this site are based on the parts sold on (Ebay) The california guy is a great freind of mine live long the 250R!!

That is why i try and always bid on parts not from ebay companies . I try and buy parts from low # item people becouse i have over paid on some parts before from people like him.
