My Entry for QOTM. 1988R

Engine= 370 ESR package, additional porting by Gautier Racing, slingshot lockup, cut transmission, esr trx 5 pipe, Esr cr ignition, 44mm lectron carb, esr eliminator intake, v force reeds, billet flange, Esr fuel pump.

Chasis= stock frame(shaved&smoothed) long travel a-arms, stock shocks (re-valved for my weight), +8 swingarm, roller bearing carrier.

Appearance= (powdercoated candy red)- Frame, Springs, Hubs, Engine cases
(Chromed)- +8 swingarm, A-arms, All shock bodies, steering stem, footpegs, all calipers, brake master & slave cylinder, brake pedal, shifter, both engine covers, rear axle, exhaust pipe, oem front bumper, kick starter, handle bars.
(Polished)- Cylinder, Silencer on pipe, billet brake reservoir, moose throttle
Additional= complete set of new maier plastics, ASV short anodized lever, shaved seat covered in white lizard skin, RIS Designs anodized grips "not in the picture", ESR motor mounts, Steel braided brake lines, steel braided Radiator hoses, Anodized clamps and fittings on radiator lines and brake reservoir line..

Wheels= 12 paddle extremes and Smooth buff fronts with douglas polished blue label wheels...

The pics are from yesterday. just got the bike back. still have to shave front fenders, put on the RIS Grips, and install headlight, and rear bumper.. more pics to come...all parts are brand new on the bike or oem chromed and coated. basically made a resto/duner.. and i have OEM decals, and radiator shrouds comin in next week..

Thats a sharp lookin bike! Question? Did you have to do anything special to dip you brake cylinder or caliper?

Just make SURE you dip em with the bolts in.. I didnt and had a hell of a time cleaning the internals
