I started with a 1986 Trx250r chassis, engine, etc... I stripped it all the way down and picked up a pumashine full gusset kit. I had it blasted and the gusset kit welded up to all the points. I sent a few parts in for powder coating at Oregon powder coating and started to order my new chassis components. I went with Lonestar DC4 +3+1 a arms, and a full billet +4 Lonestar Axle with LSR billet carrier, anti lock nut, and billet hubs. The swing arm is a stock length R.I.S. designs OEM replica. I picked up some custom built Elka Stage 3 shocks front and rear. Carbon fiber hood from Fourwerx Carbon, and all stainless bolt kit from alloy bolts. Ive got more, but this is a start to list. I'll keep updating as I go. Right now I've got my motor at LED, and I'm thinking about what I want to build.

The photos show what I first started with, and pretty much show everything as described! I ended up purchasing brand new TRX450r spindles, hub, and brake setup. I hope it works out, but please let me know if you know of any issues with them. I just picked up an AFCO dual pass radiator as well. I am pretty excited to almost be finished, and I never thought it would take this much time or money to complete! Thanks for looking!

The only issue with the front spindles is I think you want the 04-05 spindles, I believe the 06+ spindles are worse geometry than the stockers.
