My guy always pushes for the cryo and cut. I've never done as it seems money is always an issue and/or time. I think I'm going to build a new bottom end and have this done as well and next winter swap it over and keep the old one as a spare. Wow spennding the whole winter getting ready - awwwwsuuuuummm. lol Hell I thought spending the last 2 months was bad

lol yeah i took out my 2nd gear in my tranny last season ridin the trails. after reading forums and listening to all the tranny problems with weak gears under built motors i wasnt taken chances again. the cryo and cut for my spare parts (what was left of my old tranny) and the new tranny was 600. but ive been out 3 times this last week and i tell you the diffrence is amazing. shifting is so smooth and it really helps shave the time in a drag. Mark (the guy at R&D) did work with me and let me make 2 diffrent payments because yes 600 is kinda alot to throw at somethin. worth it though!!!

Well our riding season is 3/4 of the way over. But I got a trx 5 pipe, hauler extreme 9 paddles upper mid range porting by Neil for my ESR 310. Still needs more compression sitting at 178 and want ~205-210 psi. Got a Rigid dually LED light set up and set it up with a battery and rewired the stator to isolate the lighting system to be converted to a DC power output by a single phase LT80 reg/rec. My Custom Pro-Fab Wide pegs. Tag alius bars. Four Werx Carbon radiator shrouds, ESR billet brake, kicker, water pump cover, ign cover. and a nice little wreck that caused my swinger to poke a hole in my cases.
But before next riding season I will be getting:

+6" swinger (WAYYY TOO MUCH POWER FOR STOCK SWINGER AND HILL SHOOTING)
    axle
    a-arms
    ESR shifter, clutch cover
    Bearing carrier
rebuild rear MC and a new diaphram for res.
    nice clutch and brake levers
braided throttle cable and brake hoses
and hopefully another Rhino for the Wifey since here was ceased by the police because of a hole stolen ATV scam.
    86 trx310R
Pro-Fab air box eliminator with K&N filter
    ESR Keihin 40.5 mm carb
    V-Force 3 carbon fiber reeds
    ESR 310 ported by Neil
    ESR TRX5 pipe and silencer
    Pro-Fab antivibe steering stem
    Lonestar anti vibe clamp
    Pro-Fab pegs
Tag Alius bars, fly billet kill switch
Billet red kicker, mag cover, brake pedal, water pump, & temp gauge
    Works tripple rate front shocks
    14/39 gearing
FWCarbon hood, rad shrouds, & gas tank cover
Nstyle all gripper seat cover (black)
    Silver full bore plastics

    Duner!

You mean its not riding season now? I ride almost every weekend fall through spring and stay in the boat in the summer. This past summer I sand blasted, gusseted, and painted the frame. Added +2 arms, Works front and PEP rear shocks. I just replaced my holeshot rears with some quad cross tires and really like them. This summer I plan on having my 310 cylinder re-ported, and changing my graphics. Otherwise its good to go.
