me and my R at Monster Jam

So I had the chance to ride at monster Jam today. There was another 250r there so we had a 250r showdown. It was a good time, it was all flat track but the crowds loved the two stroke. Mine is the red #718.

Monster jam recently had a show here in Tulsa and I thought about entering, but couldn't find any info on how to get entered so I didn't and didn't even go. The BOK arena here is to small for monster trucks (imo) and I'm sure that show was disappointing at best. What was the track like? It looks big and flat as usual, although sometimes they throw in some small rollers or jumps(if you could really call them that). How did you do and did you beat the other R?

The track was pretty big, no jumps just like a kidney shaped design all flat track. It was a blast. I wasn't really racing the R I was on team USA and because were in Canada team Canada was suppose to win I held the lead for a bit and then backed it off. It was a great opportunity to ride in front of 30 thousand people.

It's good you let Canada win, wouldn't want some crazy hockey riot!

Wow thats so cool cant wait for my son to see these pics he,s 10 and loves the R but loves monster trucks more thanks for the pics anymore

I couldn't just let someone else win unless there was a big check in it for me and even then IDK. I get competitive on a quad when there is a track and a race going on.

I went to Monster Jam here in So Cal, and big surprise, Mexico won. Anyways, how did you go about entering the race? Can anyone enter? What I would give to have the old MTEG series back in the stadiums again, that was just plain fun.

There was an organizer looking for riders and he just happened to comminicate with someone in our circle of riding friends. I only have pictures with quads none with the monster trucks running. We went on right after the monster truck introduction and I just went home after (we had been there all day).

When I was in the lead all I wanted to do was check out but then you have to face everyone teling you your an asshole in the locker room right after haha. All of the guys were good riders and we were all going full out the entire time. There were two races 16 riders the first one I started in the middle and thought we were just going to go out there and have fun but I was very wrong I had to push it to the limit to get up close to the front.

I was wondering how you got the invite. Unless the race was free to enter and if there wasn't any money or trophies for winning, I guess I prob would have backed off too. Very hard to do after fighting your way to the front. Props to you. How did the other R do?
