Sweet... Now you're a certified suspension guy. We charge 100 bucks to do what you just did. With no pollish work. Start doing your friends and make a few bucks..

nice! When I had my blaster, I bought a 250r rear shock disassembled it cleaned it up and rebuilt it filled it with the correct shock oil and had the nitrogen recharged at a local shop for ~$3-$4 cost me ~ $30 to do what most shops charge $200 for.

if you can rebuild an engine you can rebuild a shock. changing the valving may be a different story.

The first time I rebuilt my rear shock I was pissed at how much my suspension guy was charging me for such little work. however good valving and proper setup is a whole different story.

no bleeding involved you just want to fill the shock body up with oil enough so that when you put it back together the oil over flows. you dont want any air in the shock body. this was the video i watched. their are 2 parts to it.

Where did you get new seals? Also, I'm assuming you didn't touch the nitrogen?

yeah that guy is a real suspension tech !! ...just check his hi tech tools ! ..chisels ,hammer,adjustable wrench , screwdrivers ..& vicegrips !!! yup,.. I was shocked bahaha
