I am going to post something on the NEATV-MX forum and ask. I know there is a flat track series, but not much else about it. Since Howard never mentions the TT series, I thought it was some one different. Howard's son races MX and it could be that he goes to the TT races as well.
I will let you know what I find.
I am not exactly sure what your askin ..but..you can renew /buy next year's card anytime ..as long as you have a current card..your anniversary / expire date will stay the same ..

I FORGOT lAUREN'S AMA CARD ..DUH!!..SHE COULDNT RACE WITHOUT "PRESENTING THE CARD" or purchasing a new one right there ...haha..even after explaining she has been member since 06 & told them her ama # and her anniversay date ( JUNE) they wouldnt let her race with out it..then I was told to just renew at the race so she could race etc..
so I bought one,she raced ...so basically all I did was renew early it because they explained the card would good for the race & the aniversary would be the same as normal..& so in2011 this year was when that card card expired ..we never lost any time WE PAID FOR!!....hope this all makes sense ..
i guess you could said "existing current card"..
& about using the tow service ,,we have & never had a problem thus far..even used it on towing the RV (without trailer hooked up)
& my truck .. we were reimbursed every time !
no offense neil but you never should have let anyone tow the RV with the trailer attached .. & especially with a heavy load in it ..
but sorry that happened to ya ..
OK, you got what I was saying in your reply.

You know, what about life time membership card, son that would realy knock out the 10 extra dollars they trying to get, if we could afford it though that would be the way to go.
:( Yeah, I guess you could say I dropped the ball on that tow service, but we didnt have but like 40 more miles to get to where we were going to begin with.
The wrecker was a new F750 Ford, good size truck, but I had my wonders about it when he was hooking up & when the wreck happened, I bet we wasn't running 45 mph. I think one of the wheel straps broke when it went to swaying & it was ON after that.
I learned a lot of lessons that night.
