Ricky Stator sells them as well. I bought an ebay puller and it was easily damaged by a stubborn flywheel. I don't know if the ebay pullers are the same as Rocky Stator's or not, but the next one I buy will be from Ricky. That has been my experience....

Motion Pro, Ricky Stator all good ones. We like dealing with Ricky Stator; great Dealer service...! This allows us to support our customers 110% of the time when they purchase Ricky Stator products through BDT Motorsports.

Hey just saw you were looking for a fly wheel puller. the best and cheapest way to do it without hurting anything is go buy a valve spring compressor from autzone. it looks kinda like a two arm puller. pull the C clip and drop the copressor frame off the bottom. it fits in the holes on the fly wheel perfect and it really doesnt take much pressure to pop the flywheel off. i actually just replaced a stator and its what i used. i think it cost me about 15 bucks or so...

that 24mm puller works on many bikes... it's been so handy for me. here's the list of bikes i've used it on

    cr250... most years
01 yz 250 and i'm sure more years
    all year 250r's
    1978 yamaha DT100! haha
    and other DT bikes
i'm sure way more.. but those are the ones i've used it on.

Good suggestion on the Valve Compressor...on some flywheels like aftermarket or CR250R's, you have NO holes to attach to...the treaded nose ones with the center push bolt are in a way universal, and work with all 250R flywheels.
