One issue is the combination of a PTHR or ATC5 pipe and a full Drag port don't go hand in hand. I would suggest a strong MX Pro Port/Flow with emphasis on the mid-top end if running a PTHR or ATC5 pipe as you would find more useable power with this combination than a full Drag port.

With a full Drag Port and OOF pipe will be the best choice, the second choice would be a Custom IF Pipe and the PTHR & ATC5 would be your last choice. Methanol would also be a plus if a full Drag set-up is your goal.

I see by you not understanding that, you have a ways to go before you can become a Jeti Knight, but if your willing, we can train you to understand the ways of the force & get you kind of close.
Sometimes, you just got to close your eyes, dig into your mind & let the force be with you. When you do, obonekanobie will be there to help you along your way.
Here on earth though, we simple folk just call it calkulator.

Neil is the Yoda & Obi-Wan-Kenobi of 250R's...showing us all the ways of the Jedi, and the power of the 250R Force. The Dark side is the evil 4 Pokes, the 4 Poke Empire is doomed like an imploding Star with Neil at the controls of the spaceship Millennium Falcon powered by 2 stroke combustion...

69-ss-396: I would just like to add that you will definitely have sparkplug/sparkplug cap clearance issues. I went with the 350 kit with my stock short rod setup on my '85 and I had to get a different sparkplug cap. Another option is to get the BR8ECM shorty sparkplugs, but they are about $10 a pop.. I know in comparison to the cost of the engine build it's small beans, but dialing in would be a pain with the tossing of a few 10 dollar sparkplugs. With my stock shortrod setup on my '85, even with a shorter and different profile cap, it's still a tight squeeze and I had to trim most of the lower plug boot off. This problem seems more prevalent on the '85 than the '86 due to a different design of the frame brace that goes over top of the cylinder head. I just wanted to give you a heads up that with a stroker and spacer plate that it's going to be VERY tight. Sounds like a killer build! Love to see more BB ATC's out and about!

I know what you mean about tight.. My long rod 310 plug boot is tight to get on and it had a msd wire and boot. I came across another 86 frame that I picked up yesterday so I'm gonna use that instead of the 85 I have. My 310 ripps so I can't wait to see what this stroker motor will do. I picked up a complete "330" Pro cross motor on friday. Got it on a steal.... After talking to Carlos and doing some measuring while on the phone with him turns out it is a 350 cyl. Going to send the jug and head to him for a port job and a Bore if needed.

69-ss-396 got a great deal on that 350CC eBay engine; one of the best I have heard....

When going to a stroker crank of +4MM or greater, we go with an angled plug Dome for ATC250R 85-86 on the BB cylinders...makes the Spark Plug issue go away.

Now THAT right there is good to know! I wasn't aware that anyone was making the angled plug dome heads.... Gonna go check out your site again!

Unfortunately we don't have everyhting we use or sell listed, actually less than 50% of what we stock, use or sell is listed on eBay or on the BDT Motorsports Web site.

FYI; the angled Head/Domes we use for the ATC250R are the old ProX type or a copy of them modified to fit...
