BDT Motorsports 363R Customer 100% Build Run Video

We built this 88 TRX250R from the ground up, all the parts represent what we stock in house. The engine is a 363R @ 74HP on 110 Race Fuel on our Dyno, dynamically balanced +4MM HotRod, and MX ported/flowed...TRX11 Modified Pipe, 40.5MM Keihin, 110 Race Fuel, 215 LBS compression, UCCR at 14.56/1. Jetting is 62 Pilot, 195 Main, CEL Needle on 3rd clip, 1 1/2 truns out on airscrew.

Note the custom Carburator BDTM eliminator Kit with Bell shaped intake and tapered tune length tube and custom braket to K&N Airfilter...one bolt removes complete intake & filter. Also note custom coolant holder & bottle...quick easy fill & view of coolant.

Every nut, bolt and part on this build is either Triple Chromed, Polished or Power Coated...the Works Shocks have custom built Pistons & Seals to BDTM specs by Works...an exclusive to BDTM.

CR250R IGN, 22x11x8 9 paddle Extremes @ 73RO geared 15/38...it is a handfull as a Duner pulling the front end up in almost every gear with a lot of mid range and an arm ripping top end. The customer will be at Glamis for Thanksgiving week; stop by and see what a 74HP Duner looks and feels like.

That is a really nice bike. It has some cool stuff like the overflow bottle/bracket. Who does the air filter bracket on the subframe? How are those works black widow shocks? Just curious why you decided on a trx11 with a mx port?

We have a complete machine shop, make our own parts including the Trick Coolant Bottle & BDTM Eliminator Kit & Brackets (on this build; we used a Pumashine CR250R IGN mount; like them the best). The Works front shocks use an extra seal on the piston and double seals on the top...just an old trick to get a non resevoir shock to perform a little better.

The customer wanted a Duner...a TRX250R he could beat up on all his buddies heavily modded 4 pokes (most with over 500CC Sparks kits), we have done a few 363-370CC engine builds using the TRX11 pipe and our MX porting/flow and have found the correct porting & dome work to give it good low end grunt, strong mid and keep that TRX11 punch on the top end. At 215 lbs compression; it still pulls like a train on top and has a great mid-range..

It is NOT a Drag build, it is a very strong running Duner that can run the Hill or race back to camp through the technical Dunes as well...

The best part of these builds is the customer reaction when he sees it completed for the first time. This particular customer gave us the "WOW", Jaw hit the floor reaction...makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside

Thanks to all of you for the nice compliments; coming from the builds I have seen Troy, Pumashine, Derby, RideRed, ect...post, it is nice to read the positive comments
